Is Avatarpropfund fund regulated?
No, APF is a private independent fund trading its own capital, we are not a broker, CEX, or anything like that and therefore there is no regulation for what we do. However, we are connected only with regulated and reputable liquidity providers.

The trader is the one responsible for paying TAX according to the rules of his/her

No, all traders from all countries are more than welcome to join our funded program to show their skills and become funded traders.
What is the refund policy?
According to our refund policy, if you don’t trade the account within 7 days of registering you’ll be eligible for a full refund. Once you start trading the account we cannot refund this account anymore.
What is the scaling plan APF offers?
In both programs, the fund will double the account size for every accumulated 25% of profit.
Are there any restrictions for holding positions overnight/weekend?
No, there are no restrictions, We allow holding positions overnight and over the weekend.
What happens if I exceed the Max DD allowed?
Exceeding the Max DD will cause the account/contract to be closed and terminated.
As a trader, you always have the option to sign up for a new account/contract.
How do you measure the Max DD allowed?
The Max Drawdown is measured as an absolute Drawdown.
Example: If the account size is 10K and the Max DD allowed is 800$ it means the
account will
be closed automatically once the equity level goes below 9200$.
Are there any restrictions on trading style?
No, we allow all kinds of trading styles in our program.
As a trader, Do I have any responsibility for the loss in the account?
No, The trader has no responsibility for any loss in the account, the fund takes all responsibility for losses in the account.
What is the account leverage?
The accounts leverage at all funded levels is 1:100, however, as a fund that recruits traders, it is our duty to warn you that using all the leverage power of 1:100 is extremely high risk..
